摘要:
目的：观察蜡疗配合护理干预治疗类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis，RA)的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例，治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上配合蜡疗及相应护理干预措施，对照组给予常规药物治疗，分别于治疗前和治疗2周时评估关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、晨僵时间、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)实验室指标。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.29%，对照组为80.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间2组治疗后较治疗前均有改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗组较对照组改善更明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。ESR、CRP治疗后2组均有明显降低(P＜0.05)，治疗后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。RF治疗后2组均有降低，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：蜡疗配合护理干预在RA治疗中疗效显著，可有效减轻患者的疼痛不适感。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of wax therapy combined with nursing intervention in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: Seventy patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group accepted wax therapy combined with nursing intervention on the basis of routine medicine, the control group routine medicine only, joint tenderness index, joint swelling indexes and the time of morning stiffness, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C reactive protein (CRP) and rheumatoid factors (RF) were assessed before treating, in two weeks after treating respectively. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%, higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Joint swelling indexes, joint tenderness index and the time of morning stiffness improved after treating compared with before treating in both groups (P＜0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P＜0.05). ESR and CRP of both groups decreased evidently after treating (P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical menaing in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). RF decreased in both groups after treating, but the difference had no statistical meaning(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Wax therapy combined with nursing intervention shows strong advantages in treating RA with notable effects, which could effectively relieve the pain and discomforts of the patients.
