摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法：将支原体肺炎患者80例随机分为试验组、对照组各40例。试验组采用中药汤剂配合红霉素治疗；对照组单独使用红霉素治疗，14天后比较2组治疗效果；比较咳嗽、肺部口罗音、退热时间以及X线肺纹理恢复正常时间；比较2组血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体指标变化情况。结果：2组治疗后有效率分别为97.50%、70.00%，试验组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，试验组咳嗽消失时间、肺部口罗音消失时间、退热时间以及X线肺纹理恢复正常时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗前2组血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体指标对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后均显著下降(P＜0.05)，试验组下降幅度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎各项临床症状能较快缓解，血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体指标下降较单纯西药治疗快。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: All 80 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, each group 40 cases. The experiment group was given TCM decoction and erythrocin; the control group given simple erythrocin, clinical effects in two groups were compared after 14 days; cough, lung rale and fever clearance time and X-ray absorbance time were compared; plasma thrombin regulatory protein and D-D index were compared in two groups. Results: The effective rates were 97.50% and 70.00% respectively in two groups after treatment, the effects in the experiment group were better than these of the control group, there were statistical differences(P＜0.05), cough extinction time, lung rale extinction time, fever clearance time and X-ray absorbance time in the experiment group were lower than these of the control group, there were statistical differences(P＜0.05), before treatment, there were no statistical differences in the comparisons of plasma thrombin regulatory protein and D-D index in two groups(P＜0.05), they were decreased obviously after treatment (P＜0.05), descend range in the experiment group was better than that of the control group, there was statistical difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating mycoplasma pneumonia can relieve various symptoms rapidly, plasma thrombin regulatory protein and D-D index decrease more quick than using Western medicine simply.
