摘要:
目的:探讨在乙肝患者健康教育中应用中医情志调护的临床价值。方法:将600例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各300例。对照组仅进行健康教育干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志调护。分析比较2组焦虑、抑郁发生情况及对乙肝知识掌握情况。结果:护理后观察组对病因及症状、抗病毒药物知识、情绪影响相关性、饮食禁忌、自我护理等方面知识掌握率均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后焦虑、抑郁评分观察组分别为(31.6±6.1)分、(41.7±4.7)分,对照组分别为(39.7±4.1)分、(58.9±5.2)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能与物质生活评分护理干预后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志调护联合健康教育能够有效改善乙肝患者焦虑、抑郁等负面心理情绪,提升其对乙肝相关知识的掌握,改善日常生活能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical value of TCM Psychological Care in healthy education of hepatitis B. Methods: All 600 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 300 cases. The control group was given healthy eduaction intervention, the observation group were given TCM psychological care on the basis of the control group. Anxiety, depression occurrence conditions, mastering conditions for knowledge of hepatitis B were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results: Mastering rate of the knowledge about the pathogenesis, symptoms, knowledge of againsting virus, emotion influence relevance, diettetic contraindication and self- care knowlege in the observation group were higher than the rate of the control group, there were staitsitcal differences between two groups(P<0.05). Anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were (31.6±6.1) and (41.7±4.7), the control group were (39.7±4.1) and (58.9±5.2), there were staitsitcal differences between two groups(P<0.05). Compared social function, psychological function, body function, material life scores after care between two groups, there were staitsitcal differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM psychological care combined with healthy education can improve negative emotions of anxiety, depression of patients with hepatitis B, promote mastering for konwlege about hepatitis B, and improve daily life ability.
