摘要:
目的：观察针刀联合解凝散治疗颈椎骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法：采用单中心、随机对照方法，将颈椎骨性关节炎患者60例随机分为A组20例，口服NSAIDS药物配合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳膏剂外搽患处，B组20例单独使用针刀治疗，C组20例针刀联合解凝散治疗，持续治疗4周，观察各组患者症状、体征变化情况及疗效。结果：治疗前3组患者各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗结束时各组症状、体征与治疗前比较均有好转(P＜0.05)；症状及体征评分C组优于其他2组(P＜0.05)；有效率3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：针刀联合解凝散治疗颈椎骨性关节炎具有较好改善患者症状、体征的效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of needle-knife combined with JieNing powder in treating the patients with cervical osteoarthritis. Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were chosen from TCM orthopedic department, rehabilitation department and the department of internal medicine by adopting single-center, randomized controlled method, they were randomized into three groups, 20 persons each group, group A took NSAIDS medicinals orally and used diclofenac diethylamine emulgel externally, group B used needle-knife only, and group C were treated by needle-knife combined with JieNing powder, they were treated for four weeks consecutively, the symptoms, body signs and clinical effects of the patients were observed. Results: The comparison in the indexes of the patients in three groups before treating had no difference (P＞0.05). By the end of the treatment, the symptoms and body signs of the groups improved compared with before treating (P＜0.05); symptom and body signs scales of group C were superior to these of other two groups (P＜0.05); there was no statistical difference in the comparison of the effective rates between three groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Needle-knife combined with JieNing powder in treating cervical osteoarthritis could improve the symptoms and body signs of the patients.
