目的:研究木耳超微粉对大鼠血脂的影响,为药物和保健食品开发提供依据。方法:选择50只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分成5组,每组10只,高剂量组[400 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[200 mg/(kg·d)]、低剂量组[100 mg/(kg·d)],每天灌胃给予不同浓度木耳超微粉1次,另外设置空白组和高脂模型组作为对照,观察大鼠体质量、肝指数、血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠的Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C显著高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C显著低于对照组(P<0.05),提示造模成功。给药组大鼠的体质量、肝指数、Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C显著低于模型组(P<0.05),HDL-C显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:木耳超微粉可显著降低生长旺盛时期大鼠的体质量,对高脂饲料导致的肝功能病变有显著的改善功能;还可显著降低高脂大鼠的血糖、血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平,升高血清HDL-C。

Objective: To study the effect of agaric ultramicro-pulverised powder on rat blood lipid and to provide the basis for development of drug and health food. Methods: Fifty healthy Wistar rat were chosen and randomly divided into five groups, ten rats in each group. Each group were given agaric ultramicro-pulverised powder with different concentrations by intragastric administration, once a day, high dose group[400 mg/(kg·d)], middle dose group [200 mg/(kg·d)], and low dose group[100 mg/(kg·d)]. In addition, blank control group and hyperlipidemia model group were set up for control. Changes of rat body mass, liver index, blood glucose (Glu), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were detected and investigated. Results: Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C of the model group were significantly higher than these of the control group (P<0.05), and the HDL-C was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), which indicated that model establishment was successful. The rats body mass ,liver index, Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C of the medication administration group were significantly lower than these of the model group (P<0.05), and the HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Agaric ultramicro-pulverised powder can significantly decrease rat body mass in vigorous growth stage, and it has the significant improving function on liver function disorder caused by high fat forage. It can also significantly decrease high lipid rats’ blood glucose, serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels, increase serum HDL-C.
