摘要:
目的：探求糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的中医体质分布特点，比较不同体质IGT患者间不同理化指标水平的差异。方法：对北京中医药大学东方医院122例IGT患者进行《中医体质分类与判定表》测评体质，检测患者餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体质指数，比较不同体质IGT患者间血糖水平、血脂水平、体质指数等水平的差异。结果：122例患者中，平和质25例(20.5%)，痰湿质20例(16.4%)，阴虚质18例(14.8%)，气郁质16例(13.1%)，湿热质15例(12.3%)，气虚质10例(8.2%)，血瘀质7例(5.7%)，阳虚质7例(5.7%)，特禀质4例(3.3%)。阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质3种体质的糖化血红蛋白值相对高于其他体质，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；痰湿质的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体质指数均高于其他体质，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；阴虚质的体质指数相对较低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：IGT患者平和质所占比例最高，其次为痰湿质、阴虚质、气郁质和湿热质，痰湿质患者的血糖水平、血脂水平、体质指数等水平均相对高于其他体质者。
Abstract:
Objective: To study TCM constitution distribution characteristics of IGT patients, and compare the differences of physicochemical indexes levels of IGT patients with different constitutions. Methods: Physical fitness evaluation was performed on 122 IGT patients in Dongfang Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine by TCM constitution table. Postprandial plasman glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride and body mass index (BMI) were tested. Blood glucose level, blood lipid level, body mass index and other differences of IGT patients with different constitutions were compared. Results: Among the 122 patients, 25 patients (20.5%) were normal-constitution, 20 patients (16.4%) were phlegm dampness constitution, 18 patients (14.8%) were Yin deficiency constitution, 16 patients (13.1%) were Qi depression constitution, 15 patients (12.3%) were heat dampness constitution, 10 patients (8.2%) were Qi deficiency constitution, 7 patients (5.7%) were blood stasis constitution, 7 patients (5.7%) were Yang deficiency constitution, 4 patients (3.3%) were special constitution. Compared with other constitutions, glycosylated hemoglobin values of Yin deficiency constitution, phlegm dampness constitution and dampness heat constitution were higher, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); TC, triglyceride and BMI of phlegm dampness constitution were higher than other constitutions, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); Body mass of the Yin deficiency constitution was lower than other constitutions, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Among the IGT patients, proportion of normal-constitution is the highest, followed by phlegm dampness constitution, Yin deficiency constitution, Qi depression constitution and dampness heat constitution. Blood glucose level, blood lipid level and BMI of the patients with phlegm dampness constitution are higher than other constitutions.
