摘要:
目的：观察益气活血解毒汤辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法：将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例，2组均接受糖尿病常规治疗，对照组同时给予甲钴胺注射液治疗，500 μg/次，3次/周；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益气活血解毒汤治疗，2组均治疗4周。检测2组治疗前后的血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)；测定胫后神经、腓总神经的神经运动传导速度及神经感觉传导速度，记录2组神经体征、症状及神经功能总分及不良反应。结果：血清MDA、SOD，胫后神经、腓总神经的神经运动、感觉传导速度，神经体征评分、神经症状及神经功能总分，治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为88.9%，对照组为71.1%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：益气活血解毒汤能显著降低DPN患者氧化应激状态，提高神经传导速度，改善患者症状体征，且无明显不良反应，具有良好的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of YiQi HuoXue JieDu Tang in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) as adjunctive therapy (AT). Methods: All 90 DPN patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group, both groups all accepted routine treatment of diabetes mellitus, the control group were treated with mecobalamine injection simultaneously, 500 μg each time, three times each week; the observation group were given YiQi HuoXue JieDu Tang based on the treatment the control group accepted, both groups were treated for four weeks. The levels of MDA and SOD of both groups were detected before and after treating, nerve sensory conduction velocity and the motor nerve conduction velocity of posterior tibial nerve and nervus peroneus communis were detected, nerve body signs and symptoms, nerve function score and adverse reaction of both groups were recorded. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of serum MDA, SOD, nervimotion, sensory conduction velocity, neurological score, neurological symptom and total scores of neurologic function of posterior tibial nerve and nervus peroneus communis between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%, higher than 71.1% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: YiQi HuoXue JieDu Tang could notably decrease oxidative stress of DPN patients, raise nerve conduction velocity, improve the symptoms and body signs of the patients without obvious adverse reaction, and it shows good clinical effects.
