摘要:
对护理人员心理压力现状及其产生原因进行分析，提出缓解护理人员心理压力的方法，以期为减轻护理人员心理压力提供参考。
Abstract:
By analyzing current state of mental pressure of the nursing staffs and the causes, the relief methods for mental pressure of the nursing staffs were raised to provide a certain reference for relieving mental pressure of the nursing staffs.
