摘要:
目的：探讨利水补肾健脾法对卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）模型大鼠的防治作用。方法：将未成年雌性Wistar大鼠45只随机分为中药组、西药组及对照组，每组15只。采用妊娠雌马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)+人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)方式建立OHSS模型，分别给予中药、吲哚美辛和生理盐水灌胃。hCG注射48小时后，麻醉每组大鼠，尾静脉注射1%伊文思蓝(EB)0.1 mL，收集腹腔冲洗液，通过分光光度计测定EB OD值；取出双侧卵巢，采用免疫组化方法测定卵巢血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达。结果：中药组、西药组大鼠腹腔冲洗液中EB含量及VEGF蛋白表达均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；中药组与西药组比较EB含量及VEGF蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：利水补肾健脾法对OHSS模型大鼠具有一定的防治作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the preventive and therapeutic effects of diuresis-promoting, kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating method on the rat model with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Methods: All 45 Wistar rats were randomized into herb group, western medicine group and the control group, 15 rats each group. OHSS models were established by PMSG+hCG method, and they accepted intragastric administration of herbs, indometacin sodium and physiological saline. In 48 hours after injecting HCG, the rats accepted the injection of 1% Evan blue at caudal vein, 0.1 mL after they were given the anathesia, abdominal washings were collected, Evan blue OD value was detected by spectrophotometer; the expressions of VEGF protein were detected by immunohistoche-mical method after bilateral ovaries were taken out. Results: The herb group and the western medicine group were lower than the control group in EB contents in abdominal washings and the expressions of VEGF in the ovary, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning when the herb group was compared with the western medicine group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Diuresis-promoting, kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating method shows certain preventive and therapeutic effects on the rat model with OHSS.
