摘要:
目的：观察温通针法治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效及对相关炎性因子的影响。方法：将70例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各35例，对照组给予平补平泻针刺手法治疗，观察组给予温通针刺手法治疗，2组均治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α)含量的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为88.5%，对照组为68.6%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血清TNF-α治疗前后2组组内比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：温通针法治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎有较好的临床疗效和较高的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of warming needling method in treating ulcerative colitis(UC) of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency pattern and its influence on the related inflammatory factors. Methods: Seventy patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 35 cases each group, the control group accepted mild reinforcing-reducing method and the observation group warming needling method, both groups were treated for four weeks, clinical effects of both groups and the changes of TNF-α contents were observed before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.5%, higher than 68.6% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of TNF-α before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); and there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Warming needling method is effective in treating ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency pattern with high safety.
