摘要:: 目的：探讨《武威汉代医简》中的塞耳法，为中医外治法治疗耳聋病提供理论依据。方法：对《武威汉代医简》塞耳法主治病证、方药组成、制备方法及用量用法进行文献分析，结合诸多医家对塞耳法的应用研究，探讨《武威汉代医简》塞耳法的诊疗特点及医学价值。结果：《武威汉代医简》塞耳法选用膏方外用塞耳治疗耳聋病，用药精炼、方证合一，具有操作简单、直达病灶、作用持久等特点，是后世塞耳法的雏形。结论：《武威汉代医简》塞耳法开创了外治法治疗耳聋病的先河，具有珍贵的医学价值，值得进一步发掘和应用。

Abstract:: Objective: To provide the theoretical basis for TCM external therapy in treating the deafness by discussing the ear plugging method in Wuwei medical bamboo of Han dynasty. Methods: Cinical features and medical values of the ear plugging method in Wuwei medical bamboo of Han dynasty were discussed by analyzing the literature of the main indications, the prescription and herbs, the preparation method, the dosage and usage of the ear plugging method in Wuwei medical bamboo of Han dynasty, combined with different doctors′ researches on the ear plugging method. Results: In the ear plugging method in Wuwei medical bamboo of Han dynasty, the ointment for external use was chosen to treat deafness, which showed the features of refined drugs, the unity of the prescription and the syndrome, easy to operate, focus-targeted and long-lasting effects, the method was the prototype of the ear plugging method in later generations. Conclusion: The ear plugging method in Wuwei medical bamboo of Han dynasty pioneers external therapy in treating the deafness, it shows the precious medical values, which is worth further exploration and application.
