摘要:
目的：观察针灸结合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法：将围绝经期综合征患者60例随机分为2组，治疗组采用针灸结合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗，对照组口服黄体酮治疗，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：有效率治疗组为93.3%，对照组为80.0%，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针灸结合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征疗效优于黄体酮治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of acupuncture combined with modified GanMai DaZaodecoction in treating perimenopausal syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, the treatment group adopted needling and modified GanMai DaZao decoction, and the control group took progesterone orally, clinical effects were observed after one course. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group in curative effects, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of acupuncture combined with modified GanMai DaZao decoction are better than progesterone in treating perimenopausal syndrome.
