摘要:
目的：观察术前心理干预联合术后综合康复护理对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例，对照组仅进行常规护理，观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上，给予术前心理干预及术后综合康复干预。于术后2周后进行疼痛评估及生活质量评价。结果：观察组、对照组术后疼痛评分分别为（4.22±0.27）分及（7.81±0.33）分，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。坚韧、自强、乐观等情绪的评分2组术后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康评分2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：术前心理干预联合术后综合康复护理对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者术后疼痛及生活质量具有积极的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of preoperative psychological intervention combined with postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life of senile patients with osteoporotic fracture. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group, the control group accepted routine care, the observation group preoperative psychological intervention and postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on routine care. Quality of life and pain were assessed in two weeks after the operation. Results: Pain scores of the observation group and the control group were (4.22±0.27) and (7.81±0.33) points respectively, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of the emotions including tenacity, self-improvement and optimistic between both groups after the operation (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of total scores of physiological function, physical role, somatic pain, general health, energy, social function, emotional role, psychological health between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative psychological intervention and postoperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing show the positive role in improving postoperative pain and quality of life of senile patients with osteoporotic fracture.
