摘要:
目的:探讨中西医特色康复护理在脑梗塞后偏瘫患者中的护理效果及对肢体功能的影响。方法：将96例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用中西医特色康复护理干预，观察2组干预前后生活质量评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数、神经功能评分的变化情况，比较2组护理满意率。结果：生活质量评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数干预前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，神经功能评分各时间段，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。护理满意率观察组为93.75%，对照组为83.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：将中西医特色康复护理干预用于脑梗塞后偏瘫患者，有助于提高患者生活质量，改善患者肢体及神经功能，提高护理效果及护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the nursing effects of TCM & western medicine-featured rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction and its influence on limb function. Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 48 cases each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group accepted TCM & western medicine-featured rehabilitation nursing, the changes of neurological function score, modified Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer motor function scales and the score of life quality were observed before and after the intervention, nursing satisfactory degree of both groups were compared. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of modified Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer motor function scales and the score of life quality between before and after the intervention within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of neurological function score at different times between both groups (P＜0.05). Nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group was 93.75%, higher than 83.33% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM & western medicine-featured rehabilitation nursing applied to hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction is helpful to improve life quality of the patients, improve limb function of the patients, raise nursing effects and nursing satisfactory rate.
