摘要:
目的：观察综合护理干预对老年糖尿病患者跌倒的预防效果。方法：将老年糖尿病患者148例利用随机字母表法分为试验组和对照组各74例。试验组予健康宣教、用药指导等综合护理干预，对照组予常规健康教育。分析2组患者对跌倒危险因素的认知及预防跌倒行为情况。结果：试验组患者对预防骨质疏松、服用安眠药、地面湿滑等跌倒危险因素的认知高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组预防跌倒行为患者多于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理干预能有效提高患者对跌倒危险因素的认知能力，提高患者预防跌倒的意识。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing falling in senile patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: All 148 senile patients were divided into the study group and the control group by random alphabet method, 74 cases each group. The study group accepted comprehensive nursing intervention including health education, medication guide and others, the control group were given routine health education. The conditions of preventing falling and the patients' cognition to risk factors of falling were analyzed.Results: The patients in the study group were higher than the ones in the control group in their cognition to risk factors of falling which contained preventing osteoporosis, taking slepping pills, wet and slippery floor and others, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the study group was higher than the control group in the number of preventing falling behavior, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively raise the patients' cognitive ability to falling risking factors and improve their consciousness of preventing falling.
