摘要:
就创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)睡眠障碍流行病学及中医调护PTSD患者睡眠紊乱问题进行探讨，指出睡眠障碍可预测PTSD的发展和严重程度，针对睡眠障碍的治疗能缓解PTSD的其他病理症状，而睡眠紊乱可恶化PTSD的核心症状，所以治疗PTSD应对睡眠损害引起足够重视；西医药物或心理疗法存在不同程度的副作用及一定程度的治疗局限，中医调护失眠、多梦、噩梦等睡眠问题历史悠久，效果确切且副作用少。
Abstract:
By discussing the epidemology of sleep disorder of PTSD and TCM nursing for sleep disorder of PTSD patients, sleep disorder could predict the development and severity of PTSD, the treatment for sleep disorder could relieve other pathological symptoms of PTSD, while sleep disorder could deteriorate core symptoms of PTSD, therefore, sleep damage should be valued when treating PTSD, adverse reaction to different degrees and therapeutic limitations to a certain extent existed in western medicine or psychotherapy, TCM nursing insomnia, dreaminess, nightmare and others has a long history, it could obtain definite effects with minor side effects.
