摘要:
目的：探讨补肾活血法对精索静脉曲张不育患者精子质量及氧化应激的影响。方法：将精索静脉曲张不育患者80例随机分成对照组35例和治疗组45例。对照组患者口服维生素E 100 mg/次，2次/d，治疗组服用补肾活血汤，1剂/d。治疗前和治疗6个月后检测2组患者精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、精子DNA碎片率(DFI)、精浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)，并记录配偶妊娠情况。结果：治疗6个月后，对照组患者精液量、前向运动精子活动率和精浆SOD均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）；治疗组的精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、DFI、精浆SOD和MDA较治疗前改善（P＜0.05），而且改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组妊娠率为15.6%，高于对照组的5.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾活血法可能通过改善精索静脉曲张不育患者的精子质量和氧化应激反应来治疗精索静脉曲张导致的不育。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of kidney-tonifying blood circulation-activating method on the quality of sperm and oxidative stress of the men with varicocele(VC) sterility. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into 35 cases of the control group and 45 cases of the treatment group. The patients in the control group took vitamin E, 100 mg each time, twice each day, the treatment group took kidney-tonifying blood circulation-activating decoction, one dose each day, the levels of MDA and SOD in seminal plasma, DFI, the ratio of forward movement of sperm, sperm concentration and sperm volume of the patients in both groups were detected before treating, the pregnancy conditions of the spouse were recorded. Results: After treating for six months, sperm volume, the ratio of forward movement of sperm, the levels of SOD in seminal plasma of the patients in the control group improved compared with before treating(P＜0.05); sperm volume, sperm concentration, the ratio of forward movement of sperm, DFI, the levels of MDA and SOD in seminal plasma of the patients in the treatment group improved compared with before treating (P＜0.05), the improvements were superior to these of the control group (P＜0.05), the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 15.6%,higher than 5.7% of the control group, and the difference had statisical meaning(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Kidney-tonifying blood circulation-activating method could treat varicocele sterility by improving sperm quality and oxidative stress of the patients with varicocele sterility.
