摘要:
目的：分析古代文献中治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的中药组方用药规律，为现代研究和临床治疗提供参考。方法：查阅并收集《中华医典》中与糖尿病胃轻瘫相关的文献，共收集70首中药组方，使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行分析。结果：70首中药组方中包含169味中药，其中补虚药使用频次最高，其次是清热药和理气药，药物组合出现最高的是人参-茯苓，并得到新组方10首。结论：古代文献中对糖尿病胃轻瘫的治疗相对注重补气健脾、清热养阴和理气祛湿化痰。
Abstract:
Objective：To provide the reference for modern research and clinical treatment by analyzing the medication rules of herbal prescriptions in treating diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) in ancient literature. Methods：The papers about DGP in Chinese Medical Code were consulted and collected, all 70 herbal prescriptions have been collected and analyzed by TCMISS(V2.5). Results：There were 169 herbs contained in 70 herbal prescriptions, among them, the frequencies of using tonifying herbs were the highest, the next were heat-clearing herbs and Oi-regulating herbs, herbal combination in the highest frequency was RenShen(Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.)-FuLing(Wolfiporia cocos), and ten new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: The therapy for DGP in ancient literature emphasizes invigorating Qi and spleen, clearing heat and nourishing Yin, regulating Qi, eliminating dampness and phlegm relatively.
