摘要:
目的：观察滋水平肝汤治疗老年阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组均予口服辛伐他汀、阿司匹林肠溶片与氨氯地平治疗；观察组在此基础上加服滋水平肝汤，2组均治疗21天。观察2组治疗前后激素水平、血压变化情况及临床疗效。结果：舒张压、收缩压、雌二醇及睾酮水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为90.0%，对照组为62.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：滋水平肝汤治疗老年阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of ZiShui PingGan decoction in treating senile primary hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity pattern. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases each group. Both groups took simvastatin, aspirin enteric-coated tablets and amlodipine orally, the observation group accepted ZiShui PingGan decoction, and both groups were treated for 21 days. Clinical effects, the changes of blood pressure and the levels of hormone were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure, the levels of estradiol and testosterone within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 62.5% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZiShui PingGan decoction is effective in treating senile primary hyper-tension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity pattern.
