摘要:
目的：观察醒窍益气汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48例。对照组口服氯雷他定进行治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服醒窍益气汤进行治疗，2组均连续治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效、不良反应，以及治疗前后鼻塞、鼻痒等证候积分，鼻腔功能，炎症因子的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为95.83%，对照组为77.08%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。症状积分、鼻腔功能及炎症因子水平等指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为20.83%，对照组为6.25%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：醒窍益气汤治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效显著，可有效善鼻腔功能、临床症状、炎症因子水平，降低不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XingQiao YiQi decoction in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases each group. The control group took loratadine orally, and the observation group took XingQiao YiQi decoction on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively. Clinical effects, adverse reactions, the changes of inflammatory factors, nasal function, the scales of the symptoms including stuffy nose, rhinocnesmus and others before and after treating were observed between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, higher than 77.08% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of symptom scales, nasal function and the levels of inflammatory factors and others within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 20.83%, higher than 6.25% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XingQiao YiQi decoction in treating allergic rhinitis could obtain notable effects, it could improve nasal function, clinical symptoms and the level of inflammatory factor effectively and lower the incidence of adverse reaction.
