摘要:: 目的：探讨参附注射液对外伤性脾破裂患者腹腔镜脾切除术后胃肠功能的影响。方法：将行腹腔镜脾切除术的外伤性脾破裂患者60例按照简单随机抽样方法分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上采用参附注射液治疗，比较2组患者治疗前后血浆胃泌素水平、肠鸣音次数及术后开始进食半流食时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间及住院时间。结果：1）观察组术后1、2、3天血浆胃泌素水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；2）观察组患者术后各时间段肠鸣音次数多于对照组（P＜0.05）；3）观察组患者术后进食半流食时间，排气、排便时间及住院时间均较对照组短（P＜0.05）。结论：外伤性脾破裂患者腹腔镜脾切除术后应用参附注射液能够改善患者血浆胃泌素水平，缩短住院时间，有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss the effects of ShenFu injection on gastrointestinal function recovery of the patients with traumatic splenic rupture after laparoscopic splenectomy. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to simple random sampling method, the control group adopted conventional therapy, and the observation group used ShenFu injection based on conventional therapy, to compare the levels of plasma gastrin before and after treating, the times of bowel sound, the time of eating semi-liquid food after the operation, anal exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time between both groups. Results: 1) the observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of plasma gastrin at the first, second and third day after the operation (P＜0.05); 2)The observation group was more than the control group in the times of bowel sound at different times after the surgery (P＜0.05); 3)After the surgery, the observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of eating semi-liquid food, anal exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization time(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Applying ShenFu injection to the patients with traumatic splenic rupture after laparoscopic splenectomy could improve the level of plasma gastrin, shorten hospitalization time and effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
