摘要:
目的：探讨PDCA循环管理模式应用于新生儿重症监护病房感染管理中的效果。方法：将2012年12月至2014年12月医院新生儿重症监护病房收治的患儿85例作为对照组，实施传统预防感染和控制管理模式；将2015年1月至2017年1月医院新生儿重症监护病房收治的患儿85例作为观察组，实施PDCA循环管理模式。对比2组医院感染发生率、环境卫生学监测合格率和手卫生依从性。结果：观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组医护人员手、空气、雾化器水槽、暖箱湿化液、奶嘴、设备及仪器表面、其他监测合格率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组手卫生依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PDCA循环管理模式可降低医院新生儿重症监护病房感染发生率，提高环境卫生学监测合格率及医护人员手卫生依从性。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of PDCA circulation management mode applied to infection management of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods: All 85 children admitted into NICU from December, 2012 to December, 2014 were chosen as the control group, who accepted traditional mode of prevention infection, control and management; another 85 children admitted into NICU from January, 2015 to January, 2017 were taken as the observation group, who received PDCA circulation management mode. To compare the incidences of hospital infection, environmental hygiene monitoring pass rate and hand hygiene compliance. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidence of hospital infection, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in the pass rates of medical staffs' hand, air, atomizer tank, humidification solution of incubator, ripple, device and the surface of instrument and other monitoring, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in hand hygiene compliance, and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: PDCA circulation management mode could decrease the incidence of hospital infection and raise medical staff′s hand hygiene compliance.
