摘要:
目的：探讨痛泻要方组方中4味中药的分煎、合煎后有效成分的差异。方法：以现有文献中论述痛泻要方组方中的4味中药：白术、白芍、陈皮、防风等炮制前后其中主要成分的变化做为痛泻要方分煎的有效成分分析；比较痛泻要方分煎与合煎有效成分以及痛泻要方合煎时有效成分的提取工艺等。结果：痛泻要方由炒白术、炒白芍、炒陈皮、防风组成，白术、白芍、陈皮炮制前后化学成分亦有变化，体现了炮制对中药发挥相关治疗作用的有效成分析出的重要性。结论：痛泻要方有效成分的研究包括组方、定性分析、定量检测、提取工艺、药动学和药效学等多方面因素，也涉及肠道生理、病理的诸多层面，为确保研究的临床意义，必需进行一些多学科的联合实验。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare the difference of dividual decocting and admixture decocting of four herbs in TongXie YaoFang. Methods: Active ingredients of dividual decocting of TongXie YaoFang were analyzed through stating the main ingredients of Baizhu (atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma), Baishao (paeoniae radix alba), Chenpi (citri reticulatae pericarpium), Fangfeng (saposhnikoviae radix) and others contained in TongXie YaoFang before and after processing in the current literature, active ingredients of TongXie YaoFang were compared by dividual decocting and admixture decocting, and the extraction process of active ingredients were analyzed when admixture decocting was adopted. Results: Fried Baizhu, fried Baishao, fried Chenpi and Fangfeng formed the prescription, and there were the changes of chemical ingredients in Baizhu, Baishao and Chenpi before and after the preparation, which represented the importance of preparation in the separation of active ingredients that could develop therapeutic effects from herbs. Conclusion: The study on active ingredients of TongXie YaoFang contains many factors including prescriptions, qualitative analysis, quantitative detection, extraction process, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and others, it involves many aspects of intestinal physiology and pathology, in order to ensure clinical meaning of the study, the multidisciplinary combination experiments are needed.
