摘要:
目的：观察穴位埋线结合刮痧治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法：将女性乳腺增生症患者86例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各43例。治疗组采取穴位埋线结合刮痧治疗，对照组选择岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗，比较2组患者乳房疼痛分级、乳房肿块大小分级及临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.0%，高于对照组的62.8%(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组患者乳房疼痛分级均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)，治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗后2组患者乳房肿块大小分级均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)，治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：穴位埋线结合刮痧治疗乳腺增生症，操作简便，绿色安全，疗效优于岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of catgut implantation at acupoints joined with scrapping therapy in the treatment for mammary hyperplasia. Methods: All 86 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method. The treatment group accepted atgut implantation at acupoints joined with scrapping therapy, while the control group selected YanLu RuKang capsules, to compare breast pain classification, breast lump size and clinical effects between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%, higher than 62.8% of the control group (P＜0.05); after treating, breast pain classification of both groups lowered compared with before treating (P＜0.05), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.01); after treating, breast lump size of both groups decreased compared with before treating(P＜0.05), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Catgut implantation at acupoints joined with scrapping therapy is simple and safe in the treatment for mammary hyperplasia, which is better than YanLu RuKang capsules.
