摘要:
目的：挖掘壮医内服方药治疗小儿咳嗽(勒爷奔唉)的配伍规律，为壮医药的继承发展和推广应用提供参考。方法：收集壮医壮药治疗小儿咳嗽(勒爷奔唉)内服方剂177首，进行术语规范化等处理，抽取信息，建立Excel表，应用SPSS Clementine 12.0数据挖掘软件对数据进行关联规则分析方药配伍规律。结果：筛选出177首壮医内服方，252味壮药，分析发现配伍频数较高的壮药为鱼腥草、枇杷叶、土甘草、蜂蜜、不出林、百部、罗汉果、十大功劳等；符合最小支持度和置信度的二联规则13条，三联规则7条，四联规则5条。结论：通过对药物频数、关联规则的分析，可揭示壮医壮药治疗小儿咳嗽(勒爷奔唉)的组方配伍规律。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference for the inheritance, development and spread of Zhuang medicine by unearthing the compatibility laws for Zhuang medicine oral herbs in the treatment for infantile cough. Methods: All 177 internal prescriptions were collected from Zhuang medicine, after performing terminology normalization, the information was extracted to set up excel table, SPSS Clementine 12.0 software was used to perform association rules and analyze the compatibility laws of the prescriptions and the herbs. Results: All 177 prescriptions were screened and 252 herbs were analyzed, the results showed that the herbs in higher frequency were Yuxingcao (houttuyniae herba), Pipaye (eriobotryae folium), Tugancao (Fordia cauliflora Hemsl.), honey, Buchulin [Ardisia japonica (Thunb) Blume], Luohanguo(siraitiae fructus), shidagonglao [mahoria fortunei (Lindl.) Fedde] and others; there were 13 items of couplet rules, seven items of triple rules and five items of quadruple rules which met minimum support and confidence level. Conclusion: Compatibility laws of the prescription for Zhuang medicine in the treatment for infantile cough are revealed by analyzing the herbal frequency and association rules.
