摘要:
目的：观察葛根素对2型糖尿病患者脂肪因子、氧化应激及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组，每组40例，2组均给予饮食控制和胰岛素治疗，观察组同时以葛根素注射液400 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉点滴，1次/d。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖（FPG2h）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、瘦素（LEP）、脂联素（APN）、空腹胰岛素水平（FINS）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、还原型谷胱甘肽氧化酶（GSH-Px）水平。结果：FPG、FPG2h、HbA1c治疗前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。SOD、MDA、GSH-Px及LEP、APN、FINS观察组治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组治疗前后比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：葛根素可明显影响2型糖尿病患者脂肪因子水平，氧化应激反应，改善胰岛素抵抗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of puerarin on insulin resistance (IR) and adipokine of the patients with type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each group, both groups accepted dietary management and insulin, the observation group accepted intravenous dripping of puerarin injection, 400 mg, and 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 250 mL, once each day. Both groups were treated for four weeks. To compare the levels of FINS, APN, LEP, HbA1c, FPG2h and FPG, SOD, MDA and GSH-Px before and after treating. Results: The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of FPG, FPG2h and HbA1c within the group before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, LEP, APN and FINS in the observation group before and after treating (P＜0.05); The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons before and after treating in the control group (P＞0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Puerarin could obviously affect the levels of adipokine and improve IR of T2DM patients.
