摘要:
目的：观察基于中医健康管理平台的综合治疗对脑卒中睡眠障碍(PSSD)患者预后的影响。方法：将96例患者按就诊顺序分为2组，每组各48例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予基于中医健康平台的综合治疗。观察2组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果：总有效率观察组为95.8%，对照组为79.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。PSQI及NIHSS评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：运用中医健康管理平台管理脑卒中睡眠障碍患者，可提高临床疗效，改善患者的睡眠质量，促进神经功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of general therapy based on. TCM health management platform on the prognosis of the patients suffering post-stroke sleep disorder(PSSD). Methods: All 96 patients were allocated to two groups in light of visiting order, 48 cases eahc group, the control group received routine therapy, and the observation group general therapy based on TCM health management platform and routine therapy. To observe PSQI scores and NIHSS scores in both groups before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%, higher than 79.2% of the control group, and the difference could be found (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in PSQI and NIHSS scores within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM health management platform applied to PSSD patients could raise curative effects, improve sleep quality and promote the recovery of neurological function.
