摘要:
李妍怡教授认为腕管综合征中医辨证以脉络瘀阻，气血亏虚为主，治疗当行气活血化瘀、益气补血通络，选用血府逐瘀汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗，临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Professor Li Yanyi thinks that syndrome differentiation of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) is based on vessel collaterals stagnation and blockage, Qi and blood depletion mainly, when the disease is treated, it is necessary to promote Qimovement, activate blood and eliminate blood stasis, invigorate Qi, tonify blood and dredge the collaterals, modified Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang are chosen to obtain notable clinical effects.
