摘要:
目的：从文献计量学角度分析国内中医护理人才的培养现状,为开展中医护理人才培养工作提供参考。方法：计算机检索数据库包括中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),辅以手工检索,使用文献计量学方法分析文献的年代分布、来源期刊、研究主题、机构和地区分布及科研基金资助状况,对符合纳入条件的文献进行描述性分析。结果：共纳入文献127篇,发表文献数量近5年维持较高水平,文献分布以广东、浙江、江苏、山东等经济发达省份为主,并以高等医学院校居多。发文期刊质量等级总体不高,论文发表期刊呈发散状态,基金支持率不高。结论：国内对于中医护理人才培养有着一定的关注度，但是对于中医护理人才培养的研究深度和广度不够，科研质量有待提高。建议通过提高护理人员的科研水平,构建更高层次的中医护理人才培养方案,为中医护理大发展时期保驾护航。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the current status of domestic TCM nursing personnel based on bibliometric analysis and provide the reference for TCM nursing personnel training. Methods: CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM were searched using computer, combined with manual retrieval, bibliometrics was used to analyze the distribution of publication years, source journals, research topics, organization, geographical distribution and research fund funding of the papers, and perform descriptive analysis of the papers that meet the inclusion criteria. Results: Altogether 127 pepers were included, the number of the papers maintained at a higher level in the recent five years, the papers were distributed in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and other economically developed provinces, and higher medical schools mostly. The quality of the papers was generally not high, and the journals that the papers were published on were scattered, and fund support was not high. Conclusion: Nursing talent cultivation has been focused on definitely in China, while the breadth and depth of the research on nursing talent cultivation is not enough, scientific research quality needs to be improved, the suggestions are made to promote the great development of TCM nursing by raising scientific research levels of nursing staffs and constructing higher level training system of nursing staffs.
