摘要:
目的：探讨中医临床护理路径在老年糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果及对血糖水平、体质指数的影响。方法：将老年糖尿病肾病患者68例运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用中医临床护理路径，观察两组患者护理前后心理状态、中医证候积分、血糖水平、体质指数以及护理满意度。结果：观察组中医证候积分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及体质指数均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者SAS与SDS评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组护理满意度为97.1%(33/34)，高于对照组的76.5%(26/34)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医临床护理路径可降低老年糖尿病肾病患者中医证候积分，改善血糖水平，使体质指数保持正常水平，且可改善患者心理状态，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore application effects of TCM clinical nursing pathway to senile patients with diabetic nephropathy and its influence on blood glucose level and body mass index. Methods: All 68 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method, 34 cases each group, the control group used conventional nursing method, and the observation group TCM clinical nursing pathway, to obseve psychological state before and after nursing, TCM syndrome scores, blood glucose levels, body mass index and nursing satisfaction degree between both groups. Results: TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index, and the difference was significant(P＜0.05); SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.1%(33/34), higher than 76.5%(26/34) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM clinical nursing pathway could reduce TCM syndrome scores, improve blood glucose level, maintain body mass index at the normal level, ameliorate psychological state and raise the patients' nursing satisfaction degree. .
