摘要:
目的：探讨平衡针结合四黄水蜜外敷治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：将96例急性胆囊炎患者分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用平衡针结合四黄水蜜外敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛评分(visual analog scale，VAS)、症状缓解时间、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein，hs-CRP)、白细胞计数水平(white blood cell，WBC)。结果：总有效率观察组为93.75%(45/48)，对照组为83.33%(40/48)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。腹痛缓解时间、恶心呕吐缓解时间和体温恢复时间两组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。hs-CRP、WBC水平和VAS评分治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：平衡针结合四黄水蜜外敷可提高急性胆囊炎患者的临床疗效，改善症状，降低超敏-C反应蛋白和白细胞计数水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of balanced needle and Sihuang hydromel in the treatment for acute cholecystitis. Methods: All 96 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 48 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional therapy, and the observation group were treated by balanced needle and Sihuang hydromel on the foundation of conventional therapy. To compare curative effects, VAS scores, symptom remission time and the levels of hc-CRP and WBC between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75% (45/48), higher than 83.33% (40/48) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the remission time of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and the recovery time of body temperature between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference showed no statistical meaning in the levels of hs-CRP, WBC and VAS between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); after treating, they were lower than before treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Balanced needle and Sihuang hydromel in the treatment for acute cholecystitis could raise clinical effects, improve symptoms, and reduce the levels of hs-CRP and WBC.
