摘要:
目的：探讨中医情志护理干预对脑卒中后抑郁患者心理健康水平的影响。方法：选取2018年6月至12月收治的40例卒中后抑郁的患者为对照组，给予常规护理干预。选取2019年1月至6月收治的40例卒中后抑郁的患者为观察组，在常规护理的基础上给予中医情志护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表（hamilton depression scale，HAMD）评分、心理韧性（CD-RISC）及自我效能感（general self efficacy scale，GSES）量表评分。结果：观察组干预后在自强、坚韧、乐观得分方面均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后的HAMD评分低于对照组，GSES评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医情志护理干预有利于提高卒中后抑郁患者的心理韧性水平，缓解抑郁状态，提高自我效能感。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of TCM emotional nursing intervention on mental health of the patients suffering post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods: Forty PSD patients admitted from June to December of 2018 were chosen as the control group, and they adopted conventional nursing intervention; forty PSD patients admitted from January to June of 2109 were taken as the observation group, and they accepted TCM emotional nursing intervention based on conventional nursing. To compare HAMD scores, CD-RISC and GSES scores between both groups after the intervention. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of self-improvement, tenacity and optimism, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). after the intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group in GSES scores, lower than the control group in HAMD scores, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM emotional nursing intervention could help lift psychological resilience level of PSD patients, relieve depression state and raise self-efficacy.
