摘要:
目的：观察痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的临床效果。方法：将慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作患者80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例，对照组行西药抗菌治疗，观察组在对照组基础上使用痰热清注射液，比较两组患者免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M，IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G，IgG)及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A，IgA)水平，观察两组患者肺功能变化情况及圣乔治问卷(St George′s Respiratory Questionnaire，SGRQ)评分变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组IgM、IgG及IgA水平高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组患者第一秒用力呼气容积(first second forced expi-ratory volume，FEV1%)及第一秒用力肺活量/潮气量比值(first second forced vital capacity/tidal volume，FEV1/FVC)均优于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗后1周及出院时观察组患者SGRQ评分改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物能有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者机体免疫力，改善肺功能和临床症状，效果优于单纯抗菌药物治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical effects of Tanreqing injection combined with antibacterials in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) in middle aged and elderly patients. Methods: A total of 80 AECOPD patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, the control group performed antibacterials, and the observation group used Tanreqing injection based on Western medicine, to compare the levels of IgM, IgG and IgA between both groups, and observe the changes of pulmonary function between both groups and SGRQ scores. Results: After treating, the observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of IgM, IgG and IgA (P＜0.05); after treating, FEV1 % and FEV1/FVC in both groups were superior to these before treating(P＜0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group (P＜0.05), SGRQ scores of the observation group were better than these of the control group one week after treating and when discharged(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Tanreqing injection combined with antibacterials could effectively lift body immunity of AECOPD patients, improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms，and its effects are superior to only antibacterials.
