摘要:
目的：观察补肾调周法结合西药治疗肾虚肝郁黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床疗效。方法：将黄体功能不足性月经失调患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组口服黄体酮治疗，观察组采用中药补肾调周法联合黄体酮治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后高低温相温差、高温相持续天数、高温相评分(high temperature phase score，HPS)评分变化情况，并检测治疗前后两组患者相关性激素水平。结果：总有效率观察组为93.3%(28/30)，高于对照组的63.3%(19/30)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者高低温相温差、高温相持续天数及HPS评分均高于治疗前，观察组高温相持续天数及HPS评分较对照组升高更明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组患者孕酮(progesterone，P)、雌二醇(estradiol， E2)水平较治疗前升高，观察组升高更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：中药补肾调周期法结合黄体酮能改善肾虚肝郁型黄体功能不足性月经失调患者的黄体功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method combined with Western medicine in the treatment of menstrual disorders induced by corpus luteum insufficiency. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The control group took progestin orally, and the observation group adopted kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method combined with progestin. To observe temperature difference between high and low temperature phases, duration of high temperature phase and HPS before and after treating between both groups, and detect the related hormones indexes before and after treating in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(28/30), higher than 63.3%(19/30) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treating, temperature difference between high and low temperature phases, duration of high temperature phase and HPS of both groups were higher than these before treating, the rise of duration of high temperature phase and HPS in the observation group were more notable compared with the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); P and E2 levels after treating lifted than before treating, the rise of the observation group was more remarkable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method combined with Western medicine could improve luteal function in the treatment of menstrual disorders induced by corpus luteum insufficiency.
