摘要:
目的：探讨复方阿胶浆用于女大学生月经失调及痛经的疗效。方法：选择2012年7月—2012年12月北京等地区5所高校1000名在校一年级、二年级、三年级和毕业班月经失调及痛经的女大学生作为调查对象。于经期前及月经后服用复方阿胶浆6天为1个周期，比较服用1个周期和服用2个周期的疗效情况，以及不同体质类型大学生用药后的疗效。结果：服用复发阿胶浆1个周期后总有效率达72.1%，服用2个周期后总有效率达92.2%，随着治疗周期的延长，其疗效明显提高(P＜0.05)。580名偏寒性体质的女大学生服用阿胶浆后的疗效达90.5%，234名偏热性体质的女大学生的疗效达92.7%，186名平和体质的女大学生的疗效达96.8%，不同体质类型女大学生用药后的疗效比较差异不显著(P＞0.05)。结论：复方阿胶浆用于女大学生月经失调及痛经对于改善经期常见不适症状等有较好效果；同时，复方阿胶浆总体安全性良好，无严重不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss clinical effects of compound EJiao syrup in treating menstrual disorder and menalgia of female undergraduate. Method: Altogether 1000 female undergraduates including freshman, sophomore, junior and senior in five Universities were chosen as the objects from July, 2012 to December, 2012. They were administered with compound EJiao syrup for six days before and after menstruation, six days were one course of treatment, clinical effects between taking for one course of treatment and two courses of treatment were compared as well as clinical effects of the undergraduates with different constitutions after medication. Result: Total effective rate reached 72.1% after taking compound EJiao syrup for one course of treatment, it reached 92.2% for two courses of treatment, as the course of the treatment prolonged, clinical effects were improved obviously (P＜0.05). Effective rate of 580 female undergraduates in partial cold constitutions reached 90.5%, the rate was 92.7% for 234 patients in partial hot constitutions and 96.8% for 186 patients in peace constitutions, the differences were insignificant when therapeutic effects of female undergraduates in different constitutions were compared after medication (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Compound EJiao syrup is effective in treating menstrual disorder and menalgia of female undergraduates as well as common discomforts during the period; meanwhile, the drug shows better safety without severe adverse reaction.
