摘要:
目的:了解耳穴治疗痛经的临床应用情况，以指导耳穴治疗痛经的研究及临床应用。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、万方学术期刊全文数据库、Pubmed数据库1995年1月1日至 2014 年12月31日耳穴治疗痛经的期刊论文，对符合文献纳入标准的121 篇论文中的耳穴治疗痛经的应用进行文献研究，总结临床耳穴治疗痛经的有效性、治疗方法、取穴方法、常用耳穴等方面。结果：纳入的121篇文献中，耳穴治疗痛经的平均有效率为95.12%，耳穴治疗痛经的治疗方法以耳穴贴压为主，取穴方法为主穴、主配穴、辨证取穴3种，子宫、内分泌、神门等10个穴位常用作治疗主穴。结论：耳穴治疗痛经疗效好，且方法多样，无明显的毒副作用，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To guide clinical application and the study of ear acupoint in treating dysmenorrhea by investigating its clinical application. Methods: The papers on ear acupoint in treating dysmenorrhea were searched from January 1st, 1995 to December 31st, 2014 in CNKI, VIP, WanFang and Pubmed database, and 121 papers which met documentation inclusion criteria were studied to summarize commonly-used ear acupoints, point selection, therapeutic methods and the effectiveness of ear acupoint in treating dysmenorrhea. Results: Among the included 121 papers, average effective rate of ear acupoints in treating dysmenorrhea was 95.12%, the therapeutic method of ear acupoint in treating dysmenorrhea should choose auricular point sticking mainly, the methods of point selection were main points, main points and matching points, syndrome differentiation and points selection, ten points such as uterus, endocrine, Shenmen (HT7) and others were usually taken as therapeutic main points. Conclusion:Ear acupoint in treating dysmenorrhea could obtain good effects, and the methods are various, there′s no obvious toxic and adverse reaction, the therapy is worth spreading and using widely in clinic.
