摘要:
从重在从肝脏立论，兼顾脾(胃)肾之脏；辨别虚实寒热，从脏腑气血结合冲任为中心调治两方面阐述《傅青主女科》辨治痛经的特点，并根据辨证分型的不同分别给予调摄。
Abstract:
The features of differentiating and treating dysmenorrhea in FuQingZhu NYvKe were discussed from the aspects of making a points from the liver, and considering spleen (stomach) and kidney; differentiating deficiency, excess, cold and hot, regulating by combining Qi and blood of the viscera with the thoroughfare and conception vessels, the regulation could be given according to different syndromes and treatments respectively.
