摘要:
目的：观察优势护理模式对糖尿病患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法：以2016年2月至2017年1月收治的63例糖尿病患者为对照组，予以传统护理干预；以2017年2月至2018年1月收治的65例糖尿病患者为观察组，在对照组传统护理干预基础上开展基于优势模式的护理管理。结果：干预后，焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale，SAS)及抑郁自评量表(self rating depression scale，SDS)评分、遵医行为评分、生活质量各维度评分观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：优势护理模式有助于提高糖尿病患者的生活质量，改善其消极情绪及提高遵医行为。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of advantage nursing mode on quality of life and compliance behavior of the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: All 63 DM patients were chosen as the control group who were hospitalized from February, 2016 to January, 2017, and they were given traditional nursing intervention; another 65 patients who were admitted from February, 2017 to January, 2018 as the observation group, and they accepted nursing management based on advantage mode. Results: After the intervention, SAS, SDS, the scores of compliance behavior, different scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Advantage nursing mode is helpful to raise quality of life of DM patients, improve their negative emotions and compliance behavior.
