摘要:
结合近年来蒽环类药物心脏毒性的研究，总结出蒽环类药物心脏毒性的机制、毒性分类、心脏毒性的监测及中医药预防处理的研究进展，为蒽环类药物治疗的肿瘤患者早期监测心脏毒性提供依据和方向。
Abstract:
Research progress of TCM prevention and management, cardiotoxicity monitoring, toxicity classification, the mechanism of anthracyclines cardiotoxicity were reviewed through studying anthracyclines cardiotoxicity in the recent years, therefore to provide the reference and direction for early monitoring of cardiotoxicity in tumor patients treated by anthracyclines.
