摘要:
目的建立土茯苓配方颗粒水提液高效液相色谱特征图谱,为土茯苓配方颗粒的质量控制提供参考。 方法采用kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液,系统梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:280 nm。 结果对10批土茯苓配方颗粒进行测定,确定了土茯苓配方颗粒指纹图谱中14个共有峰,且10批样品的相似度在0.9以上。 结论该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于土茯苓配方颗粒的鉴别和质量评价。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for quality control of Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) dispensing granules by determining the fingerprint of Tufuling dispensing granules with HPLC. MethodsKromasil C18 chromatographic column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, systematic gradient elution, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, column temperature:30℃, detection wavelength: 280nm. ResultsAfter determining ten batches of Tufuling dispensing granules, 14 common peaks were confirmed in the fingerprint of Tufuling dispensing granules, the similarity of ten batches of samples were higher than 0.9. ConclusionThe method, accurate, reliable and reproducible, could be used for quality assessment and identification of TuFuLing dispensing granules.
