摘要:
目的探讨综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)的应用价值。 方法将稳定期COPD患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用综合肺康复疗法，观察组采用综合肺康复联合穴位贴敷疗法，观察两组患者免疫功能、临床症状及不良反应情况；采用BODE指数评估生活质量。 结果与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者自然杀伤细胞（natural killer cell,NK）百分比均升高(P＜0.05)，干扰素γ(interferon γ，IFN-γ)与肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α)含量均下降(P＜0.05)，主要症状（咳嗽、自主排痰能力及呼吸困难)评分均下降(P＜0.05)，第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)和6 min步行距离(six-minutes walk distance，6MWD)升高(P＜0.05)，呼吸困难量表(modified medical research council scale，mMRC)评分下降(P＜0.05)；且观察组患者上述指标改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察期间两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。 结论综合肺康复疗法有助于改善稳定期COPD患者免疫功能，减轻临床症状，提高运动耐力和生活质量；联合穴位贴敷疗法能进一步提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate application values of comprehensive lung rehabilitation combined with acupoint application in the treatment for stable COPD. MethodsAll 120 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases each group. The control group adopted comprehensive lung rehabilitation, the observation group comprehensive lung rehabilitation and acupoint application to observe immunological function, clinical symptoms and adverse reaction of the patients in both groups; BODE index was used to evaluate quality of life. ResultsCompared with before treating, the percentage of natural killer cells rose in both groups after treating (P<0.05), the contents of IFN-γ and TNF-α lowered (P<0.05), the scores of main symptoms (cough, autonomous expectoration capacity and dyspnea) reduced (P<0.05), FEV1% and 6MWD rose (P<0.05), mMRC scores reduced (P<0.05); the above indexes of the observation group were superior to these of the control group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reaction happen in the observation period in both groups. ConclusionComprehensive lung rehabilitation could help improve immunological function of the patients with stable COPD, relieve clinical symptoms, raise exercise tolerance and quality of life; its combination with acupoint application could further lift clinical effects.
