摘要:
目的探讨针刺联合中药熏蒸与手法按摩对肩周炎患者的影响。 方法选择肩周炎患者187例，随机分为对照组（93例）和观察组（94例）。两组均给与针刺治疗，对照组另给予手法按摩，观察组给予中药熏蒸与手法按摩。观察两组临床疗效、肩关节活动度、中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）及血清炎性指标。 结果治疗后1个月，总有效率观察组为97.87%（92/94），对照组为为86.02%（80/93），观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组肩关节功能活动评分量表（Melle）评分、证侯评分、VAS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组血清白细胞介素10（interleukin-10，IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论基于针刺联合中药熏蒸与手法按摩能够明显降低肩周炎患者Melle评分、中医证候评分及VAS评分，改善血清指标，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation and manual massage on the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. MethodsAll 187 patients were randomized into the control group (93 cases) and the observation group (94 cases). Both groups accepted acupuncture, the control group were given manual massage, and the observation group herbal fumigation and manual massage. To observe clinical effects, shoulder range of motion, TCM syndrome integrals, VAS and serum inflammatory markers between both groups. ResultsAfter one month of treatment, total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87% (92/94), higher than 86.02% (80/93) of the control group notably (P<0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group remarkably in Melle scores, syndrome scores and VAS scores (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant when the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α of the observation group were compared with these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupuncture combined with herbal fumigation and manual massage could notably lower Melle scores, TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores, improve serum indexes and raise clinical effects.
