摘要:
目的系统分析电针治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。 方法通过检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、维普网（VIP）、万方数据库（WANFANG）等数据库，收集建库至2019年6月以电针治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的随机对照试验，按Cochrane系统评价的方法评价纳入研究的质量，并用Rev Man 5.3软件对结果进行Meta分析。 结果纳入10篇文献，共617例患者。Meta分析显示：与对照组比较，电针组能提高临床综合疗效［RR=1.24，95%CI（1.14，1.34），P＜0.000 01］，能有效降低患者血浆胃泌素［MD=-11.79，95%CI（-15.86，-8.08），P＜0.000 01］，改善患者临床症状，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但在促进胃排空［MD=9.03，95%CI（-8.23，26.28），P=0.31］、降低血浆胃动素水平［MD=-6.48，95%CI（-15.06，2.09），P=0.14］和降低空腹血糖［MD=-0.04，95%CI（-0.67，0.59），P=0.90］方面暂不提示优于对照组。 结论电针治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫有效，但本研究纳入的文献质量不高，论证强度有限，还需要更多的高质量研究进一步验证。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically analyze curative efficacy of acusector in the treatment for diabetic gastroparesis(DGP). MethodsRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acusector in the treatment for DGP were retrieved from Cochrane library, PubMed, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases from database building to June, 2019, the included studies were evaluated according to Cochrane systematic assessment method, Rev Man 5.3 software was adopted to perform Meta analysis of the results. ResultsFinally, ten papers were included, and all 617 patients. Meta analysis results showed: compared with the control group, acusector group could raise clinical comprehensive effects [RR=1.24, 95%CI(1.14,1.34),P<0.000 01], effectively reduce plasma gastrin [MD=-11.79, 95%CI(-15.86,-8.08), P<0.000 01] and improve clinical symptoms, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05); while it was not suggested superior to the control group in promoting gastric emptying[MD=9.03, 95%CI(-8.23,26.28), P=0.31],lowering the levels of plasma motilin[MD=-6.48,95%CI(-15.06,2.09), P=0.14] and reducing fasting blood glucose[MD=-0.04, 95%CI(-0.67,0.59),P=0.90]. ConclusionAcusector is effective in the treatment for DGP, while the quality of the included papers in the research is not high, the argumentation strength is limited, and more high quality researches are needed to further verification.
