摘要:
目的观察中医优质护理对人工髋关节置换术后患肢疼痛及功能恢复的影响。 方法选取50例行人工髋关节置换术的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。对照组给予常规骨科髋关节置换手术护理，观察组在此基础上予优质中医护理。观察两组患者术前、术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、1周、2周时VAS疼痛评分情况和术后1、2、4周时患肢Harris髋关节功能评分情况。 结果两组术后6 h后疼痛VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后12 h开始，观察组疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后1、2、4周患肢髋关节活动功能评分观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论中医优质护理能明显减轻人工髋关节置换术后患肢的疼痛症状，促进患者术后患肢功能恢复。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of high quality TCM care on pain and functional recovery of affected limbs in patients after artificial hip replacement (AHR). MethodsA total of 50 patients who accepted AHR were chosen as the research objects, randomized into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group accepted postoperative care after AHR, and the observation group high quality TCM care based on conventional postoperative care, To observe VAS before the operation, six hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, one week and two weeks after the operation, and Harris hip function score of the affected limbs one week, two weeks and four weeks after the operation in both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in VAS scores six hours after the operation between both groups (P>0.05), VAS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group notably 12 hours after the operation, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); Harris hip function scores of the affected limbs in the observation group were higher than these of the control group notably one week, two weeks and four weeks after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionHigh quality TCM care could notably relieve pain of the patients after AHR, and promote functional recovery of the affected limb after the operation.
