摘要:
目的观察针刺运动与圆利针温针治疗风寒湿型肩周炎的临床疗效。 方法将肩周炎患者60例根据就诊顺序用随机数字表法分为观察组（针刺运动并圆利针温针）和对照组（圆利针温针）各30例。隔日治疗1次，10次为1疗程，两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛指数（VAS）及肩关节功能（CMS）评分。 结果有效率观察组为90.0%（27/30），对照组为83.3%（25/30）；治疗后两组VAS评分、CMS评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论两种治疗方法均是治疗风寒湿型肩周炎的有效方法，但针刺运动与圆利针温针法联合疗效优于圆利针温针。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of acupuncture movement and warm round sharp needle acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind cold dampness pattern. MethodsSixty patients were divided into the observation group (acupuncture movement and warm round sharp needle acupuncture) and the control group (warm round sharp needle acupuncture) using random number table method according to the visiting order, 30 cases in each group. Treating once every other day, ten times as one course of the treatment, both groups were treated for two courses. To compare the scores of VAS and CMS before and after treating beween both groups. ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30), higher than 83.3%(25/30) of the control group; the difference showed statistical meaning when VAS scores, CMS scores between both groups after treating were compared with these before treating (P<0.05), the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P<0.05). ConclusionBoth therapeutic methods are effective in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind cold dampness pattern, while the effects of the combined therapies are better than these of only warm round sharp needle acupuncture.
