摘要:
从理论与实验研究入手探讨中医药调节肠道微生态的机理，指出目前有关中医药对肠道菌群的调节研究多集中在中药可增加双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等肠道益生菌的数量，减少肠球菌、大肠杆菌等机会致病菌的数量，调整B/E的比例方面，且就中草药对肠道菌群影响的量-效、量-时的研究较少，缺乏对其作用机制的深入研究报道；今后的研究可更多倾向于明确中医药对肠道菌群调节的机制，阐释中药直接作用于肠道菌群或是通过调整肠道功能而达到调节肠道微生态平衡，进而探讨肠道微生态的中医本质，为中医药调节肠道微生态提供有力证据。
Abstract:
The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating intestinal microecology is discussed from theoretical and experimental studies, it is pointed out that the current studies on TCM regulating intestinal microecology mostly focus on the fact that traditional Chinese medicine could increase the number of intestinal probiotics such as bifidobacteria and lactobacillus, reduce the number of opportunistic pathogens (Enterococcus and Escherichia coli), and adjust the proportion of B/E. There are few studies on the dose-effect and dose-time impact of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal flora, and there is a lack of in-depth research report on its mechanism; future study may be more inclined to clarify the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on the regulation of intestinal flora, explain that traditional Chinese medicine directly acts on intestinal flora or regulates intestinal microecological balance by adjusting intestinal function, and then explore the traditional Chinese medicine essence of intestinal microecology, so as to provide strong evidence for traditional Chinese medicine to regulate intestinal microecology.
