摘要:
目的挖掘叶天士治疗痿证的用药规律，为临床辨治开拓思路。 方法选取《临证指南医案·卷七·痿》《种福堂公选医案》《叶氏医案存真》《叶天士先生方案真本》《眉寿堂方案选存》《未刻本叶天士医案》《三家医案合刻·叶天士医案》中的痿证医案，建立数据库，采用频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析方法探索其用药规律。 结果共纳入58首方剂，药物135味，总用药频次439次，高频使用药物共24味，聚类分析得到4组药对聚类组及4组多味药聚类组，关联规则分析得到7组药对关联组和9组多味药关联组。 结论聚类分析和关联规则分析可体现叶天士辨治用药特色，为临床实践提供借鉴。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo develop the ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment by unearthing Ye Tianshi?s medication laws of treating flaccidity syndrome. MethodsMedical cases of flaccidity syndrome were chosen from Linzheng Zhinan Yian (A guide to clinical practice with medical record)·Volume VII·flaccidity syndrome, Zhongfutang Gongxuan Yi?an, Yeshi Yi?an Cunzhen, Yetianshi Xiansheng Fang?an Zhenben, Meishoutang Fangan Xuancun, Weikeben Yetianshi Yi?an, Sanjia Yi?an Heke·Yetianshi Yi?an to establish the database, frequency analysis, cluster analysis and association rule analysis were used to explore the law of drug use. ResultsA total of 58 prescriptions, 135 drugs, 439 times of total medication frequency and 24 high-frequency drugs were included, four drug pair cluster groups and four multi drug cluster groups were obtained through cluster analysis, seven drug pair association groups and nine multi drug association groups were gained by association rule analysis. ConclusionCluster analysis and association rule analysis embody the characteristics of Ye Tianshi?s syndrome differentiation and medication, and it could provide the reference for clinical practice.
