摘要:
目的探讨郑氏“温通针法”对缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。 方法将缺血性脑卒中患者70例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组接受内科常规治疗，观察组加用郑氏温通针法治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效及神经功能缺损情况与日常生活能力变化情况。 结果1）总有效率观察组为91.4%，高于对照组的77.1%（P＜0.05）。2）治疗后观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIH Stroke Scale，NIHSS）评分为（90.6±3.1）分，Fugl-Meyer评定量表评分为（90.2±3.2）分，分别高于对照组的（72.1±3.8）分、（82.2±9.0）分（P＜0.05）。 结论郑氏温通针法能改善缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损与肢体功能，效果优于内科常规治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of Zheng’s “warming-dredging needling” on limb function of the patients with ischemic stroke. MethodsSeventy patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, the control group accepted conventional internal medicine, and the observation group was treated with Zheng’s “warming-dredging needling”, to observe clinical effects, neurological deficit conditions and ability of daily living (ADL) between both groups. Results1)Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.4%, higher than 77.1% of the control group (P<0.05). 2)After treating, NIHSS scores of the observation group were (90.6±3.1) points, FMA scores (90.2±3.2) points, respectively higher than (72.1±3.8) points and (82.2±9.0) points of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionZheng’s “warming-dredging needling” could improve neurological deficit and limb function of the patients with ischemic stroke, and its effects superior to these of conventional internal medicine.
