摘要:
目的探究基于子午流注理论的腕踝针技术在急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。 方法选择100例急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者，根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予基于子午流注理论的腕踝针治疗，比较两组临床疗效，美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（national institutes of health stroke scale，NIHSS）评分、上肢运动功能（Fugl-Meyer assessment，FMA）评分、日常生活活动能力量表（activity of daily living，ADL）评分，不良反应发生情况。 结果观察组治疗总有效率［90.00%（45/50）］高于对照组［74.00%（37/50）］（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后证候积分、便秘症状评分、NIHSS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05），FMA、ADL评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。 结论基于子午流注理论的腕踝针技术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫，可改善患者肢体功能，提高其日常生活能力。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the application effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory in patients with acute ischemic stroke and hemiplegia. MethodsAll 100 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to therapeutic methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated by wrist-ankle acupuncture based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory, to compare clinical effects, NIHSS scores, FMA scores, ADL scores and the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% (45/50), higher than 74.00% (37/50) of the control group (P<0.05); syndrome integrals, constipation symptoms scores and NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after treating (P<0.05), FMA and ADL scores higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); no severe adverse reaction happen during the therapeutic period in both groups. ConclusionWrist-ankle acupuncture based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory in the treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke and hemiplegia could improve limb function of the patients and raise ADL.
