摘要:
目的观察养阴清肺汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（cough variant asthma，CVA）的临床疗效。 方法将100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分成观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组予以氨茶碱缓释片、富马酸酮替芬片口服，观察组给予养阴清肺汤口服，外用伏九贴穴位贴敷。两组疗程均为4周。观察两组证候积分、临床疗效及气道反应性。 结果治疗后两组证候评分均下降（P＜0.05），观察组较对照组下降显著（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率［90%（45/50）］高于对照组［86%（43/50）］，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组转阴率［50%（25/50）］高于对照组［26%（13/50）］（P＜0.05）。 结论养阴清肺汤联合穴位贴敷治疗CVA，能有效改善临床症状及气道高反应状态。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of lung-nourishing lung-clearing decoction in combination with herbal acupoint application in the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA). MethodsAll 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group took lung-nourishing lung-clearing decoction orally, and used acupoint application with Fujiu Tie (伏九贴) externally; and the control group took aminophylline sustained-release tablet and Ketotifen fumarate tablet orally, the course was four weeks. To observe TCM syndrome integrals, clinical effects and airway reactivity between both groups. ResultsAfter treatment, TCM syndrome integrals of both groups lowered (P<0.05), the decrease of the observa-tion group was more notable compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in total effective rates between the observation group [90%(45/50)] and the control group [86%(43/50)] (P>0.05). Negative conversion ratio of the observation group was 50% (25/50), higher than 26% (13/50) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusionlung-nourishing lung-clearing decoction in combination with herbal acupoint application in the treatment of CVA could effectively improve TCM clinical symptoms and airway high reactive state.
